1. Run aspnet_regiis -i at .NET 2.0 folder. - [C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\]
2. If the error still exist, you need to manual "Allow" the asp.net 2.0 in IIS Web Server Extensions.
